From April 23–25, we delivered a 3-day executive development program in Shanghai 🇨🇳 for senior leaders from a multinational company’s Asia-Pacific region 🌏 in the context of ongoing organizational transformation.
As the company evolves, leaders are expected to manage broader scopes 🌐 lead more diverse teams 🫂 and navigate increasing complexity. The program was designed to support this transition by strengthening leadership capabilities—shifting from a task-focused approach to a more people-centered leadership style.
