Who are we

Our Story

TI was founded in 2011, started with coaching leadership. It cooperates with experienced European coaches to design courses; it engages to integrate Eastern and Western cultures and maintain international standards. It inspires by understanding inner voices from hearts, it brings transformation by leading in practices, and its coaching lands in business.

In 2012, TI introduced the leading team coaching company - the TCI (Team Coaching International), and became its strategic partner. In the past ten years, TI has influenced more than 300 Chinese and foreign enterprises.

In 2022, Talent Insight A&E GmbH in Germany was established to meet the needs outside of China. It’s like building a bridge between East and West, providing tailored services fullheartly all over the world.
