The Certified Team Performance Coach™ (CTPC™) program is developed and owned by Team Coaching International (TCI), an ICF-accredited provider of team coach education.
Talent Insight delivers this official TCI program in Europe as an authorized European delivery partner, providing participants with the same internationally recognized curriculum, faculty standards, and certification pathway.
During five immersive days in Amsterdam, you’ll move from mastering the Team Diagnostic Model to practising with a real client team, then deepen your skills through blended self-study and group coaching calls.

– Practice with 5 Team Coaching Competencies, 24 associated Team Coaching Skills, and 15 Awareness Practices
– Experienced team coaching leaders share experiences and best practices
