About the Course

The Certified Team Performance Coach™ (CTPC™) program is developed and owned
by Team Coaching International (TCI). TCI is listed by ICF as an Accredited
Organization, and Talent Insight A&E GmbH is the authorized European delivery
partner.

CTPC™ is not currently an ICF AATC-accredited program; additional ICF
requirements apply.

During the five-day in-person component in Amsterdam, you’ll progress from
mastering the Team Diagnostic™ Model to practising with a real client team.
Accelerated Learning then deepens your skills through structured online
self-study, biweekly online group learning sessions, and real-project
application.

Part 1

Understand & Access The Tools (UAT)

13 ICF CCE Credits

Understand & Access The Tools (UAT) introduces participants to the TCI team coaching model, assessment tools, and their practical application. This foundational learning prepares participants for The Master Class.

  • 5 self-paced online lessons
  • Introduction to the TCI team coaching model and assessment tools
  • Practical guidance on how the assessment tools are used in team coaching
  • Short knowledge checks to reinforce learning
  • Approximately 5–12 hours of self-paced learning

Part 2 · Amsterdam In-Person Component

  • Dive into the TCI team coaching methodology
  • Master the Team Diagnostic™ Model
  • Practice with 5 Team Coaching Competencies, 24 associated Team Coaching Skills, and 16 Awareness Practices
  • Experienced team coaching leaders share experiences and best practices

Come Alive

13.5 ICF CCE Credits

  • Field practice on a real team with team coaching competencies and skills
  • Partnering with other coaches to co-lead during team coaching
  • Sessions of debriefing and deepening the learning
  • Feedback from real clients, mentors, partners and observers to secure the learning outcomes

Accelerated Learning

20 ICF CCE Credits

  • 8 online self-study lessons
  • 6 biweekly online group learning sessions, 90 minutes each
  • Faculty guidance and peer learning based on an actual or upcoming team coaching project
  • Application of the Team Diagnostic™ Model to an actual or upcoming team coaching project
  • Approximately 5–8 hours every two weeks

ICF CCE Credits & ACTC Pathway

  • The five-day in-person component in Amsterdam provides 33 ICF CCE Credits.
  • The complete CTPC™ learning journey—including Understand & Access The Tools (UAT), The Master Class, Come Alive, and Accelerated Learning—provides a total of 66 ICF CCE Credits.
  • The complete journey supports the team coaching education requirement for coaches pursuing the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
  • CTPC™ is not currently an ICF AATC-accredited program; additional ICF requirements apply.
