Jane has been working in the fields of HR Management and People Development for more than 25 years, and has spent the majority of that time coaching, mentoring, training, and consulting with leaders and teams. 

She is a faculty member of TCI & CTI globally. She is also one of the pioneer leaders for training coaches in China.  Jane has the strength to build bridges across cultures and she is especially passionate about bringing the impact of coaching to the crucial needs of business. Currently she is based in Germany.
