Cindy Chen has been working for foreign companies as Senior Manager and Project Manager for more than 17 years, and accumulated rich experience in processes optimization including purchasing, production, quality, storage and logistic etc.  She served an entrepreneur to establish the Lean System from 0 to 1, and successfully lead Customer Order Lead Time reduction, Supplier Kanban , Lean Value Stream projects etc.
