Participants will identify their own motivations and barriers, and then improve self-effectiveness. This one-day workshop will increase participants’ understanding of emotional intelligence and its role in effective leadership. WORKSHOP Participants engage in group activities and individual reflective exercises to develop a better understanding of their areas of strength. They also work on developing an action plan on how to increase the effectiveness of their leadership.
