The CTPC™ (Certified Team Performance Coach) program is an intensive, hands-on certification built on the TCI team coaching methodology. Over five days in Amsterdam you’ll move from mastering the Team Diagnostic Model to practising on real teams, then deepen your skills through blended self-study and group coaching calls.

– Practice with 5 Team Coaching Competencies, 24 associated Team Coaching Skills, and 15 Awareness Practices
– Experienced team coaching leaders share experiences and best practices

– Sessions of debriefing and deepening the learning
– Feedback from real clients, mentors, partners and observers to secure the learning outcomes

– Six consecutive biweekly group calls led by TCI faculty

– CTPC provides a total of 66 ICF CCEUs
– This exceeds the 60 CCEUs required for the ICF ACTC credential
