The Key Account Manager is primarily responsible for business growth within the organization, encompassing business development, sales, and execution.
Job tasks:
Develop and execute an individual business development plan aligned with company goals and strategies, aiming to expand clientele and achieve performance targets.
Identify and assess customer needs, addressing specific problems and challenges faced by clients, and serving as an expert in integrated talent and organization development solutions.
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of assigned projects, encompassing pre-project preparation, mid-project execution, and post-project evaluation. This role ensures timely identification, reflection, and rectification of any shortcomings encountered during the project lifecycle.
Proactively initiate and maintain strategic partnerships with channels and stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to lead and drive projects that contribute to the company’s growth.
Prioritize customer satisfaction, maintaining close coordination with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Excellent business negotiation skills, writing abilities, and fluent English proficiency, with a CET-6 certificate.
Possess business acumen, a passion for interacting with people, strong communication skills, and execution abilities.
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of coaching or related fields and experience in coaching courses.
