What is it?

Coaching Style Consulting empowers the team through team coaching, promotes self-discovery in the team, and enables the team to actively seek the best solution for the team. There is a distinction between conventional consulting and coaching style consulting. Instead of simply giving the instructions from an expert's view, the consultant/coach accompanied the team throughout the whole process, allowing the consultation to be implemented and the team to develop and grow. It not only solves specific problems, but also improves the team's ability.
