– 5 modules to expand team coaches’ perspectives, sharp team coaching skills and build business development: Team Coaching Overview, Business Development, Team Coaching Comptencies Enhancement, Assessment tools applications and Process Management. 

– A period of 5-7 months journey,  online in groups and on forums.​

– Biweekly group learning: 2 times for each module,  2 hours each time, 20 hours in total​

– Online forum: once a month, hosted by invited VIP guests and coaching supervisors.
