Rainbow has been working in the fields of Operations and Procurement for more than 20 years both in China and Europe. She is passionate about sustainable changes in individuals, teams and organizations. As an internal coach and a freelancer, Rainbow has spent her time in coaching leaders, coaches and teams in the last eight years. 

Rainbow is one of the pioneer Chinese coaches working and living in Europe, passionate about building connections between Asia and Europe. She is a faculty member of CRR Global. Together with her family, she is based in Switzerland.
