Luba Diasamidze came to coaching from educational management, and she has been supporting individuals and teams for 14 years. She is passionate about using coaching to assist emerging and established leaders to transform their leadership style and relationships with and within their teams. Her role is to help a team have a meaningful conversation they cannot have themselves.

Besides her work with leaders and teams, Luba designs and delivers leadership development programs, provides intercultural training and coaching, delivers ICF-approved coach training and mentors coaches for their ICF credential application.
