Jane has 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, served as  Human Resources Director of high-tech companies, providing perennial human resources consulting services for many high-tech companies. With a professional background in psychology, she has a subtle understanding of relationships and emotions, has a keen intuition and rich creativity, and can bring the trainees real awareness and actionable  courage.
