Dagmar has been working in the field of (start) HR Management and People Development for 20 years. She worked in Germany, France, Hong Kong and China, both with Global MNC and SME.

Her field of expertise were Performance Management, Leadership Development and Change Management. Since embracing change and defining new growth through (digitally driven) innovation is key success factor in a VUCA world, her focus area has moved into the leadership of innovation. She is driven by enabling organizations to meet their business targets and create (new) values through making innovation a habit.
